One Touch Response(OTR) Emergency Services provides on call and on-ground physical assistance at the push of a single button/ alert activated alert through the OTR Application. Our trained Command & Control Centre takes over in any emergency situation be it a physical threat, an accident, a fire or a medical situation. One of our strategically placed First Response Teams across the Delhi / NCR reaches your location within minutes. No more waiting on multiple steps involved in registering an emergency. No need for the user to multi-task and coordinate with multiple agencies when in an uncomfortable situation. We use GPS based location services and our 24/7 Command and Control Center to assist you in any situation we are always available when you need us. We however do not replace state agencies including the police who have continued jurisdiction. We do coordinate, on your behalf, with them in certain situations. Note: Registration and subscriptions are payable and are available currently only in India.
