  Saved the day for me. Located all of the backup files that had my outlook emails. recovered them for me in a prompt and courteous manner.

  Cons

  None really. I like to chat on the phone for these things and that was not an option, but Steve did a great job via chat and worked through it all and made me feel comfortable throughout the the process.

  Summary

  While my issue led me to look for many options online, I was unable to find one that appeared to be what I needed. I found Gladwev and in my desperation gave it a try. Steve was great, and very on top of it and basically saved the day for me. I had already spend several hours on the phone with Microsoft, because it appeared that all of my emails had been lost from outlook. They did not help and I was at my wits end. Steve was right there online and was patient with me in finding the needed files to recover, as he trouble shot some options and finally located the appropriate save files that I had backed up. He ran the tool and walked me through the steps. Thanks to Gladwev and Steve everything was brought back and I felt better knowing I had not lost everything in my emails.

  I am so grateful not only for the excellent software, which would have been quite easy to use if I did not have my own issues, but for the excellent support I received. I highly recommend this product and this company Gladwev Software.

  Summary

  After Upgrading My Mac OS from "Mavericks" to "Yosemite" when i launched Outlook, it was completely blank with no emails! I lost all my mails which were stored locally. After trying everything I purchased a data recovery software. It took about 5 hours for the data to be recovered. Then i reinstalled Outlook and reconfigured it with my email id. Well, to make a long story short, I just searched it on google and found OLK14 message recovery, and just sent an email to support@gladwev.com for immediate help, and got a reply instantly! Steve had me explained what I had done and the presented the situation, and then led me through how to recover and restore all my emails. I have more then ninety thousands of olk files. When we start recovering them it asked to save "in which format you want to save", we just selected the top one "RGE format" and waited till the process completed, then we imported it to outlook and got all the emails date wise in Outlook for Mac but i lost my folder structure, its okay for me as i got back my emails i can manage. I have to say I'm VERY IMPRESSED with Gladwev Software, and the customer support they give. Thank you Steve! I highly recommend Gladwev Software to anyone who has lost all the emails. Just remember to recover all your data first through any data recovery tool and USE OLK14 Message Recovery. OLK14 Message Recovery is the product at the top of my list for all of my email conversion future needs! 5.0 out of 5 stars Best $129 I've ever spent.

• A liberation !... (from outlook)

  Simply an excellent product. Extraordinary support (in particular Steve) The Gladvew Team seems to work 24/7/365 !!

  Cons

  NONE, unless one has two or several profiles in Outlook (latest edition Office365), in which case the conversion into Apple Mail data is followed by a merging job (which is none of a problem however).

  Summary

  OLK14 Message Recovery is outstanding. The company's support equals the high quality of the program. With Team Viewer the team assists the customer professionally. Thanks. Being based in Europe and Gladwev on the US Westcoast, the staff was available for me during European daytime. Awesome, congrats ! Microsoft's "Office365" policy being extremely problematic in my eyes, not to speak of all the problems users encounter with outlook (latest version) regularly, resp. the innumerable requests to "enter registration" again and again, "out of the blue". In view of this i made a decision: I shall refrain from using outlook, use APPLE MAIL exclusively, purchase (when available in September) a standalone license for Word and Excel and cancel my Office365 account for me and my family (license for 5 computers).
