OKUPIED is a simple property management app for landlords looking to keep more organized and manage their business on-the-go. It helps collect rent, track expenses, payments, leases, keep copies of receipts, as well as receive notifications for any late payments and expiring leases. Financial reports help track tax write-offs and profitability.
