This weight and nutrition log tracks your daily food intake, but it's overly complicated to use. NutriGenie Low Carb Diet has a busy interface with an overwhelming number of options and no guide to getting started. At launch, you are asked to input pertinent data, including weight and age, but you'll need to reenter this information the first time you use features like the BMI or calorie calculator. It would be nice if the program could "remember" your data. You won't have full access to the program's food database, but it's fairly easy to add meals. Nutritional information for items includes carbohydrates, fat, and fiber. There's an option to select a preferred activity from a limited selection, but there's no way to track workouts or exercises so you can't accurately assess calorie input and output. This diet program lacks cohesion and is especially confusing for the novice user. Most will want an easier-to-use diet program, with more focus on diet planning.
