Provide digital clock with very configurable appearance.

Nimoclock's appearance can be changed with a right click on the clock, it will open a popup menu where you can change the following: Always on top; Window has a caption (title bar) and border; Program appears in taskbar and in Windows Alt+Tab; Nimoclock icon shows in systray; Select transparency of all window (you can also use mouse wheel); Make the fonts completely transparent (you can see through them); Or set the background color as completely transparent; Choose the font of the clock; Change the color of the background; And change the color of the fonts.

Additionnally, a simple click on the date (nimoclock's bottom line) will display a calendar with the name of days and week number. Finally a double-click on the time will launch a nimocalc window (command line calculator with history). Program comes in both English and French.

Pros
It's light on resources, just unzip and place it where you like. I suggest startup folder.
Cons
Is not a systray replacement clock. Calculator more simplistic than Windows' Calc.
Summary
This opens a window on your desktop that is not resizable. The default font size truncates the date at the bottom, and when the font size is adjusted, it adjusts both the time and the date, rendering the date unreadable. The 6-month view comes up if you click in the right place on the window, otherwise, nothing. The tape calculator appears to be buggy, as it only executes one operation at a time (you can't add two numbers and then perform another operation on the result). That being said, if you don't have the need for a real virtual tape calculator on your desktop, it can be adjusted to be presentable, and the 6-month calendar is a boon. You could even set the background transparent and tweak the text transparency so it is suitable for the "always on top" option. I use Alwact clock, for which I easily designed a custom Matrix skin to match my desktop (you only need a simple graphics editor) from the skins already available. for a calendar I use Arlo Rose' calendar widget for Yahoo!, formerly Konfabulator, which can be adjusted to your taste in a myriad of ways. Yes, I still use Windows and Google sidebars, and Konfabulator, all of which work great on Win 7. I downloaded tons of gadgets and widgets just after these three idiot companies terminated support. There is nothing available that can replace these handy tools on my desktop. I will be adding them to Win 8, if possible.
