NiceEyes - Eye Color Changer targets the eyes of a person in any photo, letting you turn them into any other color as well as change the way they're designed. It does an excellent job of detecting where the eyes are in the photo, even if it doesn't always find them exactly. It lets you change the area for editing, so you'll always get the exact field you want to edit. There are a few dozen color combos as well as a few cat-eye designs you can use, but if you want to put your nation's flag in your eyes, you have to upgrade to the premium version. Sadly, the app only lets you change the eye color of two eyes in the photo -- meaning it doesn't really work if you have multiple people in the photo. While this can be a slight bummer, it doesn't kill the fun behind this app.
