  able to block individual programs internet access and throttle instantly and there's the ability to prioritize

  Cons

  main reason I won't purchase is limit of 1 activation ... I've experienced problems with such programs when I have to restore from a backup or reinstall my operating system and so I'd rather avoid such products and avoid them as much as possible unless I have a dire need but as of yet I've able to totally avoid them.

  Summary

  If you really need this program then as long as it works well with your system you'll probably get what you expect but look for alternatives first and try the free version first before making a final decision.

  It can help throttle those bandwidth hogs.

  Cons

  The netlimiter UI is very prone to freezing, even in the latest version 7.1.1.

  Summary

  Their website says the only limitations on the unregistered version is the 3 process priorities/limits and 3 rules at a time, it doesn't say anything about 30 days.

  The interface is very nice.

  Cons

  SeriousBit.NetBalancer.Tray.exe is the tray icon of the NetBalancer. It is hogging one of the CPU almost entirely on my Quad-core machine. Lag is frequent in the user interface.

  Summary

  If you have slow CPU on your computer, don't use this! I am looking forward that seriousbit will optimize this application, and hopefully the future release will be great.
