A secure and convenient way to manage your money on the go.

Quick Balance view balances of all your accounts and transaction histories up to 3 months

Loan Accounts view your loan balances, interest rate, repayment details

Term Deposits view details of your term deposits and create new term deposits

Transfers easily transfer funds between your accounts and to other NBV accounts and view your transfer history up to 3 months

Transfer between multi-currency accounts

View current exchange rates

Exchange rate calculator

Getting started:

You must complete an application form at any NBV branch to register for IsiMobile.

After registration, you will receive an email welcome message with temporary login credentials, then follow these steps:

Install the App on your device

Open the App

Enter your customer number

Enter your temporary password

Click on Login and enter your temporary PIN

A new PIN and password will be required along with the name of your device (e.g. Freds phone)
