If youve received an activation code from your healthcare provider, youll be able to link your account and your responses will be made available to them in a dashboard. This app is solely for the purpose of tracking symptoms in the home setting in patients with proven or individuals with suspected COVID-19. It is NOT intended to be used by individuals to determine their risk of having contracted COVID-19.
