You can create a maintenance request directly from your iPhone or iPad and submit to our teams to schedule a call-out.You will also receive progress notifications on any maintenance requests, plus youll get handy notifications on anything else to do with your building.In addition the MyUNITE app sends you a notification whenever you receive a parcel and also lets you know if there is anything on your account that needs your attention, such as a direct debit notice or new statement to read.If you get locked out of your room then theres even a quick connection to our Emergency Contact Centre, to get you sorted out as fast as possible. Designed for iOS 7.0 and is not compatible with lower versions, i.e. 6.3*Contact us if you have mislaid or forgotten your details.
