MyPHR for iOS

PHR, the Personal Health Record app is everyone who

believes in health records being available on the go.

Each health record is stored securely in a cloud server

and access to it is in the hands of the user. Every time

an authorized person needs to look at a patients

record, they request access through a portal. The

patient receives the access request on their smart

phone and can then choose to accept or deny the

request.
