This app has been created for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, to help parents and guardians with the administration of hydrocortisone sodium phosphate, which is a prescribed medication for those at risk of adrenal crisis. The app includes a helpful video and a pictorial guide. On the 'My Child' screen, you can input the medication your child is on. In emergency situations it is often difficult to remember the doses, so we would advise you to complete this area to assist in the treatment of your child. There is also information for the receiving doctor on the 'Hospital' screen. The information in this app should be used in conjunction with any patient information leaflet provided by the manufacturer.
