TSI Appraisal is a registered appraisal management company (AMC) and a division of Title Source, the largest independent provider of title insurance, property valuations and settlement services in the nation. Our new app, called My Appraisals, was developed for appraisers and will allow them to communicate in real-time, right from their iOS Device. The app will only be functional for registered TSI Appraisal appraisers who have an affiliated username and password. What are the app benefits?- Youll have instant access to a pipeline of all your orders and their current statuses- It will reduce the amount of phone calls you receive from TSI Appraisal- Access client info without leaving the app- Sync appraisal appointments on your devices calendar- Easily access an interactive map for directions to any of your appointments- Schedule or reschedule your inspections- Mark an inspection complete or incomplete (on the spot!) and leave us a note- View order status and your report due dates- Receive reminders for inspections, post-inspections and past due reportsThis app will provide a new method for completing orders directly through a mobile device, giving TSI Appraisal confirmation the moment an appraiser completes an inspection.
