Being able to identify intervals and chords is key to translating the music in your head to your compositions or instrument of choice. This app will let you take the first lesson of each unit. If you decide you want further lessons, you can purchase the full unit using in-app purchasing.Much more than an audio flash card app, Music Mastery: Ear Training teaches you to identify the various sounds in the same way you learned to read sheet music. A few sounds at a time, with tests along the way to make sure you've got it right before moving on. After you've learned the types of chords, scales, etc. you will be ready to try and pick them out by note name. Music Mastery has all of the chords, scales, and arpeggios in all 12 of the chromatic notes as well as 49 different pitches from C2 to C6. Some people never develop an ear good enough to differentiate sounds at that level, but with Music Mastery, it won't be because you weren't given the proper tool for the job.Unlike simple flashcard style apps, Music Mastery allows you to click on an info button during the learning process to bring up information about the current sound.
