MU GREEN SCREEN for Android

Green Screen by Methodist University is an app to assist the University with efforts to safely transition to on-campus operations. Self-screening allows students, faculty, and staff in assessing whether they are currently exhibiting symptoms that puts them at risk of community transmission. This tool does not constitute medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Answers will be used for the sole purpose of assessment of campus health.
