MSN Explorer cannot be updated with the most recent version, and many websites no longer will show up with the version that I have. When I try to update, I get an error message saying that I have to have Windows 7 Service Pack 2 in order to update. That is funny since Google and Internet Explorer recognize my Windows 7 Service Pack 2, but MSN doesn't. I've even tried to redownload all of MSN, but then I get an error message saying that I have to have Windows 7 or later to download this program. Hmmmm. Now it doesn't even recognize the fact that I have Windows 7? I could call Microsoft, spend hours on the phone, spend hundreds of dollars trying to get it fixed, and end up just being more frusterated, or I could just use Internet Explorer or Google more. And maybe cancle MSN completely...

This program just plain doesn't work.

Pros
9.6 has been more conducive to cleaner and virus tools especially utilizing cnet uniblue products.
Cons
Problems are: slower computer running and significant lockups with annoying hiccoughs and delays in transitions.
Summary
Posibility that something has gone wrong with my PC in the process, or...it may be that there are a few bugs left in the program. There also is a huge lack of communication pathways between endusers and the programers for immediate help for technical assistance. I found myself looking at the program and wondering what to do because there were vaguries as to operation.
