Encrypt and decrypt your text files easily.
MSG Enc + is a text file encryptor. Using a simple character substitution method from a key file (which you can easily create too) it decrypts the text in the special text file or it encrypts to the text file you select. It has a very simple interface like Windows Notepad. The software is completely free, you can distribute it freely without modifying the zip file.
