MSG Enc + is a text file encryptor. Using a simple character substitution method from a key file (which you can easily create too) it decrypts the text in the special text file or it encrypts to the text file you select. It has a very simple interface like Windows Notepad. The software is completely free, you can distribute it freely without modifying the zip file.

Not working, no author, don't download & install please.

Pros
Works with xml and it seems it should work. It can register own file types with own icon.
Cons
This isn't working. <p>Who's the author, encrypted itself? <p>Help = nothing. <p>No uninstall and any other icon than the program. <p> <p>I hope someone can investigate this program -.-!
