Pros
Description successfully conned me into installing it... err, that's a pro on the program's side.
Cons
Not free, even though the search engines led me here seemed to think it was (oh, the download was free - duh!). Was hard to get started, I gave up!
Summary
Get something else. I found Freemake Video Converter elsewhere on this site. It is free, and looks able to do much more than this program promises to do.

The program does everything it claims to do and allows for multiple options which improve the end product and functionallity and it is very user friendly. Support is execellant with very fast replies offering much more than was asked for.
Cons
There have been NO problems with this software period.
Summary
With the combination of excellant software and support this product provides a level of superiority seldom found today. I have not seen this type of superior support since WordPerfect offered free toll free support years ago. The actual software preforms better than expectations.
