A superior alternative to Apple's half-bakes scheme

Pros
I combed over the specs for Moxier Wallet and found it to be far more user-friendly than Apple's built-in Keychain. I recently had to go through many websites I belong to thanks to Adobe's unfortunate attack. Up till now I was fairly enthusiastic about Keychain, that is, until I had to attempt to change the passwords and logins. After all my troubles having to constantly prove my identity and follow links in my emails to reset vital login/password information, I was enraged to discover that for reasons unknown Keychain just plain failed to work beyond being that annoying crap-app that fails to deliver on anything basic. It was so maddeningly frustrating that I vowed to run, not walk away from Apple's Keychain. Moxier Wallet looked exactly like what I'd like to use. It is dead simple, user-friendly and worked across all platforms--it was everything Keychain isn't! I guess the creators took their cues from when Apple software just worked.
Cons
The rub is it is no longer a viable option as it is being shut down. I didn't see any obvious reasons on the website, but then again, I only gave the homepage the most cursory of glances once I saw the bad news. So fellow Keychain cutters, we will have to look elsewhere.
Summary
Moxier Wallet once had the potential to teach Apple's Keychain programmers where they went so incredibly wrong. I've always lived by the original Apple credo of its products ..."just work!" but lately it looks like Apple is moving in a new direction where everything is more difficult than raising the Titanic with tweezers. If I didn't know better, I'd say Apple has gotten drunk on its own koolaid and now is working to raise passive aggression to a new fine art level with visually compelling software that has less and less functionality with each passing year.
