Pros
Movie Outline is very easy to use, extremely powerful and unbelievably stable. It completely supports screenwriting as well as novel writing and has everything the big boys have and much much more. Everything you wanted to do but couldn't can be done in Movie Outline. The price is well worth every penny, considering that it completely eliminates all previous frustration and allows you to get down to the business of what a true writer does best.

Pros
I had tried the previous version when it was just an outliner and it was pretty cool. This new upgrade is like going from a car to a jet - it's literally packed with features. I can now write my screenplay and develop characters too. I love the FeelFactor feature that helps you pace aspects of your story like tension, conflict, mystery etc and the reference film breakdowns included. I recommend this to anyone who wants to write a movie.
Cons
Would be good if it allowed you to collaborate online with a writing partner.

Pros
User-friendly, nice design, made the story development of my script a simple case of just writing scenes and moving them around and it was interesting to read the movie examples that come with it.

A thesaurus would be handy but not essential.

It installs rather easily.
Cons
Downloaded it. Installed it. Launched it. Typed in the name of my project. Then...it stopped accepting my keyboard input. You could tell it's confused since typing regular letters starts highlighting random radio buttons, and the tab sequences are all screwed up. Since I thought this was a one-time anomaly, I restarted the application. Eight times. To the Trash it went.
