Didn't work and NO customer support!

I hate to be the guy who writes a bad review, but the Movavi team have really earned this one! After buying a copy from their website and following their installation instructions, I tried to record a Skype interview which I had paid close to £200 for with a teacher in the USA. The Skype call was perfect, no lag, no loss of video or audio. However, when trying to play back the video recorded by Movavi Screen Capture, the audio was fine, but the video showed only 1 frame that changed to another random frame about 2 minutes later. In other words, the video just took screen shots every 2 or 3 minutes and didn't play anything in between. I contacted Movavi who then asked me to send them the file so they could fix it. They wrote back and said they could not fix it and I should re-install. I re-sinstalled 4 times in total and it did not fix the problem. Since the software does not work and since they can not fix it, I asked for a refund. They have ignored me and refuse to refund me.
Summary
A compete waste of money, time and they also wasted my money in paying £200 for the interview which their stupid software didn't record. Then, just to add insult to injury, they have refused to reply to my refund requests, even after they admitted their software isn't working and they can't fix it.
Great one, but its not free...
