Editors’ Review
You always hear that finding love takes work, so why can't job hunting become a more lovable pursuit -- even in a competitive job market? Monster Job Search for iPhone, one of the major job boards, which aggregates job openings from all the major job posting sites, takes this to heart, matching you and prospective employers Tinder-style.

Pros
Two ways to sign up: You can use your Facebook account or sign up with an email address and password. Then allow location access, so the Monster Job Search mobile app can automatically serve you with career opportunities at a company or companies near you. You can still opt to look for exciting job opportunities elsewhere.
Great UI: Your default homepage is a feed of job openings, so you can apply to jobs easily. The Matches tab takes you to the jobs you've already applied for and saved. The Conversations tab is where you message with recruiters and hiring managers. Finally, your Profile tab houses your resume.
Quick resume upload: Speaking of resumes, job seekers can input their resume the old-fashioned, time-consuming way, job by job, or upload it directly to Monster Job Search from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or one of 10 other services.
Make resumes public or private: Not everyone wants everyone knowing they're looking for a job or everyone knowing all their personal info, so when you post your resume, you can choose to make your resumes private in the app. However, if you make your resume public in the app, then recruiters can find you easily.
Tinder-like application process: You'll be served a series of job openings on cards, which you'll apply to Tinder-style. As on Tinder, swipe to the right to express interest and to the left to decline. If you need more info on the job posting, just tap on the card's photo.
Filters: If you're not seeing the exact opportunities you expected, then you can filter them, so you only see jobs within the radius, salary, and posted date range that you want to see.
Job tracking: Candidates can have a hard time keeping track of all the jobs they've applied for. Thankfully, under Matches, you'll see the jobs you've applied for or saved to apply for later.
Job alerts: Not in the mood to look for jobs yourself? Then opt-in to get job alerts for positions within your field of work by push notifications or job recommendations via email.
Cons
Can't upload a resume from your phone: If you have a copy of your resume saved on your phone as a PDF or .doc, you can't upload it to Monster Job Search. You can only upload resumes to Monster Job Search from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or one of 10 other services.
Not every job is pertinent: We were disappointed to be served jobs that are totally outside our professional experience and area of expertise.
Bottom Line
Whether you're looking for a specialized job, one of several health e careers, federal job openings, and so on, the Monster Job Search for iPhone app, which aggregates jobs from all the popular posting sites, makes searching for jobs even easier than searching for love.
