  I recently downloaded this program to both my iPhone and my PC. I had issues getting it to work and, since I do own an actual mouse, I just decided it wasn't worth it and to get rid of it. I took it off my iPhone and uninstalled it from my computer. However, the "Air Mouse Server" stuck around (something common among Malware), which is a problem many have had with the program. All the solutions I could find, however, were MAC specific so I turned to the product makers- big mistake. Their FAQ doesn't include ANY information on how to uninstall it (suspicious) and when I used their form to ask a question, I got an email stating that unless I purchased the full version, they weren't going to help me. Do NOT download or purchase this, big mistake if you ever decide you don't want it.

  Pros

  Can control my MacMini with my iPod Touch. The MacMini is my media center, connected to my AV receiver. Air Mouse Pro costs $1.99 at the iTunes app store, but because I had already downloaded the older version, I wasn't charged. That part is nice.

  Cons

  After downloading the new Air Mouse Pro software to the MacMini, I was unable to remove the old program. Had to rename the old program, to add the new one to the Applications folder. Can't trash the old program, because it is "open", but can't quit!

  Summary

  I like the Air Mouse a lot. I used the old version quite a bit. The new version looks to be better, but I haven't done a detailed comparison. What is annoying is that I cannot remove the old Air Mouse program from my MacMini. When I try to trash it, I get a message that says that it is open. When I look in Forcequit, however, it doesn't appear. If I try to open it, nothing happens. I've emailed Air Mouse support, and received a response, but so far they have not figured out the problem. I'd give Air Mouse Pro more stars than three, if I could remove the old program.

• Awesome but very buggy...

  Pros

  Makes it easier to control your computer when you have it on your big tv, especially when using it as a media centre, connects quick, works with everything.

  Cons

  Very buggy, double types characters from time to time, caused a BSOD at one point, pointer lags from time to time, and stops working all together from time to time. Needs updating badly.

  Summary

  Great product if it worked all the time, is a pain when you lax out on the couch to find out you have to get back up and use the computer mouse cos the Airmouse has stopped working. Kind of defeats the purpose. Will recommend it when it is working properly.

  when my microsoft wireless keyboard for mac and mouse took a dump just last night it would work great ...
