Aiming to create albums out of photos the program does its job on the acceptable level but lacks certain features in the layout sphere. The creation of albums with Minos Album is extremely simple since the program main window consists of steps you should follow to make an album. After loading images you can customize the JPEG compression quality, select background color, and even set a password for EXE-typed albums. Moreover, it is possible to select the background color from sample color images coming with the freeware as well as add background music. Creation of an album takes seconds but we would have preferred to make the album background more customizable and have more samples for it.

What’s new in version 2.6.9.318

Version 2.6.9.318 adds: right click to show all selected files or pictures by a notepad file; a share and save button to the album's Web page.

Fast, Simple, but Unattractive

Pros
Fastest, simplest, free slideshow maker I've tried. It uploads an .exe copy to your website and saves a copy on your hard drive.
Cons
Simplicity has a price. There are almost no controls beyond selecting your pictures, and the end product was, for me, so embarrassingly simplistic that I'd not show it to a 10-year old.
Summary
You would be better off with any of the better rated free slideshow makers. The others are better rated for a reason.
this is by far the best of its kind - better then 2.6.9

tried all of them nothing comes close for the price. very easy to use and does exactly what I want

I would like to add some flash text and perhaps remove the page count, but that's minor...
Summary
don't look any further, you won't find anything like that cheaper then $90 or $200. I also like Flash page Flip 1, but it's too much work for me... and I'm not sure how much it's gonna cost.

Pros
This program easily creates a flip book. Anyone can use it and it actually works. It's not as flahy as some but it does the job. Great program! And just for the record, this program is completely free now, not a trial.
