Mindja is an interactive HRV (heart rate variability) driven game coupled to Evoke's heart rate monitor "Waveband", a physiological monitoring Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitor with additional accelerometer on board. The Waveband will continuously monitor and store your physiological information including heart rate & heart rate variability. Collect hearts, navigate moving platforms, and fight ninja ghosts. If you follow the breathing pacer and work to stay as calm as possible, your heart rate variability will improve and you will be rewarded by turning into a super Ninja who can plow through ghosts at will. At the end of each level a summary of your average heart rate & heart rate variability will be provided. Mindja helps with relaxation, stress management and resilience, as well as focus, attention and concentration.
