easy to install and configure for sure.
Cons
It does what it says it does, however:<p>1) couldn't they make it so you only have to hover over the tray icon instead of clicking on it? Now it says Microsoft Timezone when you hover over it.<p>2) when you leave the time baloon open, the time does not update.<p>In other words: Microsoft fails the easy UI test yet again.
