If you liked Mental Health Clusters for iPad, try now this new universal app for both iPad and iPhone, with a smarter interface and astonishing design. Created to help front line staff in the NHS and other Mental Health Services in the UK to correctly apply the Mental Health Clustering Tool in routine clinical assessments. The interface is very easy to use, just input the ratings by pressing the arrows, and press on any item on the scale to see a description including the anchor point for of each value. Then navigate through each mental health cluster to show a visual display of each cluster, with colour coded rules plotted against your ratings. This application makes selecting a cluster on initial assessments an easy task, achieving 100% correct clustering information by adhering to the red rule protocols. Press on the selected cluster button to see a description of each cluster, extracted from the Mental Health Clustering Booklet Version 3 (2013/14). This includes likely and unlikely primary diagnosis, impairments, risks , course, likely NICE guidelines, indicative episode of care, cluster review period, care transition protocols, step-up and step-down criteria for each and every cluster (0-21).
