You have the ability to create as many meditations as you like---using the mandalas, the included music and nature sounds. Or you can turn to a unique feature that lets you access your own music library to add a song, an album or a playlist to a meditation youve designed.Youre in control with Meditations. Using any or all of the twenty-one mandalas you can create custom meditations that suit your needs. You might want to create meditations for Works Driving Me Crazy and I Need a New Attitude or a Be in the Present Moment or Transition from Work to Home Life. They will always be available in the app---it saves all the meditations you create.Meditations is great at home or on the go.
