Mass Alert is an application for people with speech or hearing disabilities, that will allow it's users to:- contact the Emergency Response Center of Almaty city via chat and to send the precise actual location of a caller;- receive emergency alert messages based on user's actual location of the time being.Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
