Marbles Squared is a free puzzle game for the ZX Spectrum Next. Clear the board of 'marbles' to score points, kinda like a retro Candy Crush. It's simple but surprisingly engaging.

  • Pros

    • Simple controls make it easy to pick up and play | Design your own blocks for a personalized touch | 40,000 unique starting boards? That's a lot of gameplay | Unlimited undo is a lifesaver for clumsy players | Online scoreboard adds a competitive edge

  • Cons

    • Only for ZX Spectrum Next, obviously | Minor bug reverts to default theme sometimes | Customization could be deeper, if I'm honest
