I is just awful trying to change pw or unlock user. Not to mention creating users etc.
Summary
Why anyone would implement this instead of directly accessing AD is beyond me. This SW bytes, and I have several Admins who work with me who would agree.

Pros
This package is very comprehensive, good graphical interface, reports can be exported into multiple formats including Excel.
Cons
This is not "freeware." It has a free 30 day trial, then a minimum of $500 to buy after that. It should not be listed in the "free" filter. It should be moved to the "free to try" filter instead.
