MaintSmart Enterprise 5.0 CMMS Software is a computerized maintenance management system software application that includes the following modules: work order management, preventive maintenance, downtime tracking and reporting, inventory management, purchasing management. In addition to these primary modules there is a complete reliability analysis system, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and extensive reporting by way of Crystal Reports (included), Excel and multiple other formats. A custom report builder is also included that enables you to drag and drop data fields to build reports with charts from any data in the entire CMMS. Additionally, all data converts to Excel or a web page with two button clicks.

There is a report scheduler that generate new work orders based upon equipment demand or based upon a schedule. These new work orders are automatically created and sent by e-mail or to one or more printers. This is completely automatic. Best of all work orders are also created by equipment demand if needed. The equipment tells the MaintSmart program when it needs work and the CMMS responds appropriately with and automatic work order.This CMMS is the only software of its type that is completely translatable into any language. MaintSmart is used by manufacturing, hospitals, food-processing, mining, municipalities, military, government and countless other applications. Used in 42 countries since 1996. Also available MaintSmart Web (add-on) and MaintSmart Mobile for iPhone and Android.
