Basic but really interesting Maintenance CMMS software

Pros
Allows you to efficently manage the plant assets. The structure of the system is represented as a tree and it is really easy to find the assets. Allows you to manage your preventive maintenance on the basis of the expected hours of operation and not on a simple periodic date. Provides a timetable of all the preventives activities of to conduct on the asset elements. Allows you to insert parts and connect them to the individual equipment and for each spare part allows you to connect the relative suppliers. Easy to install. The database is located within a file that you can easily move and copy. Programmers are disposable and friendly

Very nice application. Powerful and easy to learn. I am waiting for the next releases.
