Record incoming and outgoing mails.
The software can be used by person in charge of mailing room, front desk or other similar counters to record incoming and outgoing mails. Most data entry activities are driven by mouse click as most entry items are already predefined. The medium of mails, for example, already avail the choices of courier, post, fax, etc and the type of mails also are predefined such as letter, fax, parcel, card. The software is also usable by individuals. Upon starting the software a window will appear showing rows of record with the latest record at the top. The cell that indicate inbound or outbound transactions will be color coded to differentiate each category. Clicking on each cell will trigger another window for editing that record.

Adding new record is achievable from the Menu where an empty data entry screen will appear to accept new entries. The date cell of today's entry will automatically turn green to differentiate todays other days that will remain grey. The software comes with a dozen of dummy data. In line with Green Earth campaign, please recycle these dummy data with your own record. You can do this by clicking on any one of the unwanted record and amend it accordingly.This software perform simple function in simple way. User does not have to go to formal training to start using this program. A five minutes trial and error run-through is enough to start going as experienced user. The user interface is very much spreadsheet like. It addresses a simple office workflow requirement where users would typically use manual record books to keep track of mailing activities. In later version, the author intend to add features such as sharing on network and printing.Usable where there is a need to track mails incoming and where it has been forwarded to. Also for tracking, if all outgoing mails within an office, especially in multi-division/floors, have been duly collected and accounted before sending out.
