  No advertisement, no bundle. Works very well for translation from Spanish to English.

  I wanted to work as a freelancer translator. As I am constantly busy and do other things as well, I tried looking for a supportive tool. Found Magic. It translates passages and long texts very fast and accurately. It is perfect for time managment and you can translate whatever you want with ease. I recommend it

  Pros

  I installed Windows 8 and do not have a software translator. Found Magic Translator on CNET, and it translates extremely accurate and fast. Translation is accurate, and no limit on the length of text to translate.

  I have one a grief - I cannot get it. I do not have any credit card.

  Usually I enjoyed the Promt- it makes an ordinary interlinear translation. In the Magig Translator of this work is much less. And this is so pleasantly. Even the often falls into the correct tense forms of verbs.

  I really like very much your Magic translator - probably because it is thought up not by Russian and it is pleasant. (I am Russian - so no any chauvinism!) It's simple - Russian expert thinks in Russian, an American - in English, etc. Usually I enjoyed the Promt - it makes an ordinary interlinear translation. Well, after Institution I remember a little of grammar. Translate and start to rearrange the words in some places. In the Magig Translator of this work is much less. And this is so pleasantly. Even the often falls into the correct tense forms of verbs. But I have one a grief - I cannot get it, because I am a retired Department of Defense and receive a pension on the savings book to the account. I do not have any credit card. I asked a question on your website - Why I could not pay for your Translator cash in U.S. dollars through the central office of WebMoney (I'm so paid for the printer on EBAY) - no answer. I was sent an invoice for payment in the PayPal system ... So, that, probably it is not fated to me to use your remarkable translator! Yours faithfully, Irina Karlinskaya, St.-Petersburg, Russia.

• Better than $800 software

  Pros

  Head to head comparison using the same source text file and this little $39 product did MUCH better translating a very complicated MEDICAL document from French to English.

  Cons

  Using public source info is a great idea, but I wish it had the option to include specific databases that are appropriate for your kind of work (like French to English Medical dictionaries in my case).

  Summary

  I'm buying this for my business - worth every penny. Still not perfect, but good enough and 20X cheaper than hiring a translation service, which charges 40 cents per word, is a pain to shuttle documents back and forth, and takes forever.

  Works fine but the registration code is bogus

  Provided me with a non-working registration code. Contacted Zhangduo the maker, and Emetrix the front man to no avail. I'm thinking scam. I've disputed it and I will let them fight it out with the CC.
