Couldn't get it to work

Pros: Glad there's a free trial to find out it wouldn't work
Cons: Installation failure
Summary: Well, I was hoping it would work, but I couldn't get it to. Apparently the database wasn't created up on installation. There are no options under the File menu to start or stop recording. The documentation is a lot of blah blah blah - took a while of hunting to find the instructions to start the darn thing - and then of course it wouldn't start. I wouldn't give it one star, because I have a OS 10.4, so maybe it works for newer models. But it wouldn't work for me. Bummer!
