Vibration Isolators are used for a myriad of different purposes from mounting delicate electronic equipment to reducing vibration in very large engine installations.This free app has been designed to allow customers to easily review Mackays extensive range of isolators in order to assist them to select the right type for the task. A description of each of the isolators core functions and capabilities is included along with typical usage details to aid in the selection process.The app features pictures of each isolator type, thereby providing a visual confirmation of the isolators suitability for its intended use, and if further information or detailed technical specifications are required there is a direct link to the master isolator catalogue on the Mackay website.Mackay has a large network of distributors and one of the most important and useful features of the app is the ability to locate a users nearest distributor. Via GPS, the app automatically searches the database of distributors and locates the nearest 10 from the users current position. This app is the first of the Mackay Guides series.
