Application works with all kind of connectivity that is SMS, 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi internet. m-Mitra use any hardware available at your work station. It also take gps to send location of perticular place of complaint. Also in emergency situation citizen can ask help by Alarming the SAB (Security Alarm Box).
