LymeCare is the only app available that allows chronic Lyme disease patients to monitor their general health and track their Lyme symptoms on a daily basis. The LymeCare app is thorough, easy to use, and can help electronically connect the patient directly to the doctor! The patient would simply answer a series of questions each day. The data collected from the questionnaire would be used to create a statistical evaluation of the patients current health conditions, in the form of two graphs. If the patients reported symptoms become increasingly worse, the doctor is notified immediately via email. Special benefits: The LymeCare app questionnaire was created based on a similar survey that is currently used by one of the worlds leading Lyme clinics. The app benefits both patient and doctor. The data collected by using the app can be reviewed during appointments to give the doctor a complete picture of the patients day-to-day progress. SymCollect is proud to unite technology and healthcare! We are continuing to develop additional apps that will help those who live with chronic illness.
