Predict random numbers.

Dowat (pronounced Do What?) is a DOS program that will predict random numbers. It has been implemented to pick the 3,4,5,6 and Mega and Power Ball games. It has been tested against several of the commercial Lotto programs and it has done better at picking the numbers. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
