after installation I tried to launch, and it seem to disappear! nothing shows up - not even a splash screen!! Who knows if this is actually a browser...well, perhaps on another Os...not sure!??.

So very different from any other browser and the choice of many thousand sites <p>make this one quite exciting That, and the recent price reductions make it a must have program. The software provider is also unusually receptive to comment

The search facility is likely to be updated shortly as it is rather difficult to use naturally and needs to have "and" and "not" to cut down on sites found in "Search"

I have been using Lively Browser in its various guises for around 3 years and it keeps mne on my toes as there are frequent updates. At this monent they are offering a heavy discount and I have taken the opportunity to upgrade to their top level 100,000 sites, sorted by language country or genre. It is easy to use and the help I have had from Lively Browser has been superb. The frequent automatic updates are also a delight.

I have used for two months Lively Browser 3.0 with its automatic update and, provided you have installed the language pack in XP, many very useful international sites are available. The tree mode is useful and favorite sites can be retained easily.
Cons
It needs to have a "search" facility which may be available in the next upgrade. A facilty for clearing all sites in one go whould be useful, too.

Pay to find the most popular sites or forums in the world? Hey, if money is no object, then Lively Browser 2 is for you. Of course you know that means most sites will be from China and other countries. Hope you have a translation program on your pc that is handy.

Good interface, a lot of sites ranked, very useful to explore new sites and to know the best ones. It can be used as browser. It use Java but you don't need to have or install Java since it is included.
