Litely is a photo editing app that gives you the ability to tweak your images and add all kinds of cool effects, so that they capture exactly what you were going for.

Pros

Intensity adjustments: Litely offers you a sliding scale you can use to adjust any photo effect or other element. That means you have a superior level of control over just how each element impacts the overall appearance of your image, and it lets you add multiple effects to different degrees to get just the right combination.

Subtle but substantial: Many of the effects you can add through this app are quite subtle. You won't find many of the dramatic filters present in other photo apps, but you may be surprised by just how much of a difference these subtle changes in lighting and color can make. And if you're not sure what's different once you've applied an effect, the app lets you compare before and after images with just a touch to the screen.

Cons

Interface issues: Litely's interface is quite attractive, but it's not terribly intuitive. That can lead to frustration in some circumstances, and it also means it may take you a bit of time to find your way around and learn how to take full advantage of all available features.
