Nothing at all.
Cons
It acts more like a virus.
Summary
It started deleting files, it created a new file called C:\Program that Windows had a hissy fit over, my computer slowed way down and a DOS window started running amok. Even after System restore, I have major issues trying to find the scraps it left behind. There is something wrong with this program.

El programa no te da opciones de que es lo que quieres optimizar, por ejemplo, vacia la papelera de reciclaje. Optimiza el registro, pero no crea algun punto de restauracion previamente. Hace visibles las carpetas ocultas.
