  Summary

  Wonderful tool, easy to use. However, this tool simply disappears from my desktop (Win 8.1) about once every month, and has to be re-installed. Most disturbing, since I use it all the time.

  Pros

  This product is super easy to use. I was able to teach others how to use it and they all agree that it is the easiest program to use for taking screenshots.

  Cons

  You can only take a shot of what is on the screen. So if you are wanting a full page you'll have to take more than one screenshot.

  Summary

  I love this program. It does what I need it to do and then some.

• Way too many addons, Restrictions

  Never finished loading.

  Cons

  Too many tool barand other addons , and at least 4 agreements Restrictions and notices to have to read thru, and then what ever I shoot is uploaded to image shack or who knows,, not for me. I like my privacy and screenshots saved just to my hdd. Screen Hunter 6 is fine for my needs, thanks.

  It lacks the sophistication of other popular printscreen utilities but for 95% of the time, I don't need anything more!

  LightShot deserves more attention than it has been getting.

• Simple, effective xp version of the snipping tool

  Pros

  Quick, easy to use (and free!). xp version of the Windows 7 or Vista snipping tool. Just click on print screen - highlight the area to be snipped, and then you have multiple options of what to do with your snip. Perfect.

  Cons

  If you currently use the Print Screen button a lot for whole screen snips, it'll now take you 2 clikcs to get a whole screen snip. For me, I usually just want part of the screen anyway so this tool is far more useful.

  Summary

  So good I might even install it on my windows 7 machine and use it in place of the windows tool. Great.
