Licq is an ICQ clone that is written fully in C++. It uses an extensive plug-in system to manage its many functions. The main interface is written using the widget set. Licq offers most of the major features of Mirabilis's ICQ, including user registration, a contact list, file transfers, user information, a message history, an add/remove user function, invisible and visible lists, and online user notification.
