Keeper Password & Data Vault provides a number of powerful tools to protect account access information, passwords, and more on your iPhone or iPad. With syncing capabilities, advanced remote access, and a great tutorial when first starting the app, Keeper Password & Data Vault is a solid app that mostly justifies its price when upgraded.
When you first open Keeper Password & Data Vault you must select a master password. While the app allows you to choose a number-only, six-digit pin, we recommend using the alphanumeric option, which you can activate by tapping the button onscreen. From there, the app shows you how to use everything with helpful onscreen guides. You can set up new accounts, sync them to your online account, change password and security settings, turn on a self-destruct feature if someone tries to access your information, and more. From start to finish, the app is designed to protect, and because it runs so quickly and has so many features, it is a good tool if you need to carry a lot of passwords with you on the go.
The biggest drawback to Keeper Password & Data Vault is the most expected, and no fault of the software. While free, to access the online syncing capabilities of the app, you'll need to pay for a $10 upgrade. It's not necessary, of course, but this is one of the more useful abilities of the app, so you will be tempted, especially since everything else runs so well.
