Difficult to use Terrible tech Support

Cons
Terrible tech support, email only and can take days for a response. If you don't get your answer and have to ask another question, days again!
Summary
My company used Jungledisk for online back up services and we never once were able to successfully recover a single file. The costs added up monthly and the tech support was horrible. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
