JotMe Primo for Windows

JotMe! is a unique software application aimed at the small to medium office. It's an instant company intranet providing a central place for staff to leave messages, set tasks, share calendars, send internal *stored* instant messages and record information in an organized way. You can message business colleagues even when they are absent. JotMe! Primo, a client server application is installed on a server located on your company server, which records all your company information. Your data is accessible over the Internet if you'd like. All communication is instant and highly secure using PGP encryption, so you're safe online. The JotMe! database allows for a massive 4 Gigabytes (6 years) of data storage.
