Pros
Bests one I've tried. Saves and converts audio and video files in nearly every format you could want. Tested with Firefox and it works perfectly. Fast can be configured in various ways. I saved all types of video files with this and convert them to a Tivo compatible format for view on TV. Offers excellent support by email.
Cons
Selection of default format to save in could be easier because the list is so long that you have to scroll through a large number of format to switch to the one you want.

Great when it worked, once.

Crashes every time, i've tried to re install it but didn't solve anything, unatceptable in this day in age, there is free software that works better. Save your money.

...it almost ALWAYS causes either IE, FireFox, or itself use about 100% of my CPU and I have to RESTART the computer to get it to work. Like Orbit and Applian's Replay Media Catcher better.

I compared this with MANY others and found this to be, by far, the most user friendly. I test a program by seeing how easy it is to figure out without reading instructions....I've still not read the Jaksta instructions and having a blast with it!! Thanks again to the Craig for all you effort and help. BTW... I'm also using windows 7 and never had any issues...that negative comment by lkoni60 is bogus...must be either the competition or a 3 year old punk (or both!!)

Closing with the task manager because it crasher all the time. NO any true positives.
Cons
Very ignorant tech support. Told me that i wanted to steal music. Hey Jerk, you made the program that can copy Rhapsody as stated in your intro. Auto naming of files is terrible. Would NOT give me a refund.

Don't Buy. Applian Replay Media catcher much better choice.
