The iRound mobile app is an integral component of Press Ganey's iRound platform, which also includes a web-based analytical dashboard system and a suite of supportive services that together help hospital leaders transform their approach to the patient care experience. With iRound for Patient Experience, nurse leaders and other staff conduct daily patient rounds directly on iPads, iPhones, and iPod touch devices. Once complete, each round automatically uploads to the secure dashboard system, iRound IQ, where rounding data is added to trend graphs and personalized interactive reports that enable in-depth analysis and systematic performance improvement in real time.
